All items are shipped via United States Postal Service please allow 5-10 business days before arrival. Once items are shipped tracking numbers are sent to email provided. Orders are processed withing 2-3 days before shipping. If your order is placed on a holiday or after business hours please note that your order will be processed the next business day.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Know Your Queen Hair Collection does not hold responsibility for package that state have been delivered.
Returns or Exchanges are only required if there is a mistake made by Know Your Queen Hair Collection.
Exchanges: All items must be returned to Know Your Queen Hair Collection. Within 5 days of receipt. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unwashed, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, it will be denied.
ALL SHIPPING COSTS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS IT IS OUR FAULT!!!
Returns: Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $10.00, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
